Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the IKEcosystem and its ventures, operated by IKSectors Ltd (Company No. 16225153) under licence from the IKEcosystem. Individual ventures may add their own service-specific terms; where they conflict with these, the venture-specific terms apply to that venture.

2. Your account

One IKEcosystem identity, managed by IKCore, gives you access across participating ventures. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use a given service under its own rules.

3. Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and fairly. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, and do not misuse other users' data. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.

4. Payments

Where a venture charges for a service, the price, currency and billing terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through IKCore's payment services and the relevant payment providers. Refunds follow the venture's own policy and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The IKEcosystem, its software, designs and content are proprietary and protected. No rights are granted except as expressly stated or as needed to use the services normally.

6. Liability

The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
